Anthropic Launches AI Agents to Automate Complex Tasks

Anthropic, the AI startup backed by Amazon, has launched a new AI agent feature that can autonomously complete complex tasks on a computer, marking its latest move to compete with industry giants like OpenAI, Microsoft, and Google. This new feature, Computer Use, is part of Anthropic’s two newest AI models and allows AI to perform tasks such as navigating websites, filling in forms, and executing multi-step processes with real-time internet browsing.

The new Computer Use feature is still experimental and may be error-prone, but Anthropic is counting on developer feedback to improve the tool rapidly.
