Power to the People… The Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards! Nominations are Now Open for Exxxotica’s First-Ever Fan Voted Award Show Coming April 20 to the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey
(ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- Once again stepping completely outside of the box, the creators of the largest adult event in the USA, the Exxxotica Expo, announced the launch of the adult industry’s first and only 100 percent fan-voted awards show. The Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards ("The Fannys") are coming to the world-famous Trump Taj Mahal Casino & Resort on April 20, 2013.
The Fannys, Presented by Chaturbate.com, brings together the industry's top adult stars, comics, entertainers, stage acts and the fans for one very important reason. The open bar.
While there are numerous other adult award shows, this is the only event where the true critics (a.k.a. The fans) can pick their favorites in the categories that matter most to them. The fans will be the ones nominating the performers and movies, choosing the finalists, and ultimately naming the winners.
In yet another first, the fans will also choose who they want to co-host the awards show alongside not one, but two, nationally known comedians and stars of VH1’s "That Metal Show," Jim Florentine and Don Jamieson. The Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards are truly the fans awards!
"Our goal with this show is to give the power back to the people," said J. Handy, Executive Producer of the Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards. "Who cares what the critics say? We’re going to find out once and for all who tops the most important list of them all… the fans."
The Fannys isn’t your usual award show with endless technical awards and zero entertainment. This event spotlights over a dozen categories with accolades such as the standard "Movie of the Year" and "Director of the Year" to "Most Heroic Ass" (for favorite anal star), "T.S., I Love You" (for top transsexual star) and the "Hungry Hungry Hottie" award for favorite BBW star. The top names in every facet of the industry that fans care about will be decided.
The open nomination round begins today at the show’s official website, www.TheFannys.com. Limited tickets go on sale for the Exxxotica Fan Choice Awards on March 1 at 11am. The Fannys will take place in the Grand Ballroom at the Trump Taj Mahal Casino and Hotel on Saturday, April 20, 2013. This amazing event will feature a star-studded pink carpet with well over 100 of the industry’s top stars, amazing performances, and admission includes a three-hour open bar.
