January 2008 came all too fast as the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo was upon us. I drove to Las Vegas to meet my new Editorial assistant Rebecca Anderson at McCarren Airport and we hit the AEE together this year. Rebecca is the new San Francisco correspondent for Adult Industry News who writes the column ''Freaky by the Bay'' here at Adult Industry News.

First off was the ''Morning Wood'' radio show with DJ Ryan J and crew over at Vavoom Media. They had Cara Lott there who was showing her deep throat technique on a dildo. Cara then wanted to kick it up a notch for the listeners and pulled me in to demonstrate on real meat. I'm such a lucky guy! I couldn't figure out how that made good radio but I wasn't about to stop her from sucking my cock even if I could. Ryan then had Rebecca and myself come on the air and talk for a few segments. This show has a great mix and was an absolute blast to be a part of. I hope we get another invite to go on again soon so I can write more about them.

Rebecca and I then rushed from the Vavoom studio to the Digital Playground booth at the Sands Convention Center where the AEE was then in full swing to interview Jesse Jane, Shay jordan, Katsumi, Adriana Lynn, Stoya and Robbie D. Look for these interviews coming soon on AINews. The Digital Playground girls are all top notch professionals with a mix of body, boobs and brains that can't be beat! Robbie D is the director responsible for filming them in the many great series produced by Digital Playground.

At the AEE we were based at the PAW booth. PAW (Protecting Adult Welfare) was invented by Bill Margold as a ''safety net'' for talent after Savannah took her life in 1994. If you ever go to an adult convention look for Bill and a host of his ''kids'' (as Bill calls us) promoting worthy causes. This year Lara Roxx was there promoting her charitable foundation that she started after her ordeal being patient one in the 1994 Industry HIV outbreak. Margold usually has girls he likes to call ''supertankers'' sign at his booth. This year Crystal Ashley (formerly Crystal Storm) and Kayla Kupcakes graced the PAW booth to the titillation of everyone with eyes in their head. My x-wife and I used to write Crystal fan mail back in the 90s, but this was the first time I had met her in person. Both Crystal and Kayla are knockouts!

My ''project'' this year was Bunny De LA Cruz, who I was able to introduce to a number of great directors and producers. She now has a few days worth of go-sees when she gets back to the Los Angeles area and info for an interview with Mark Kernes of AVN to get into the ''Fresh Off the Bus'' column in AVN Magazine.

The second day of the show Minka was at the PAW booth. I never get tired of listening to her sexy accent and her huge hooters are the stuff dreams are made of! Minka will appear again at the Showgirl Hall of Fame inductions to re-do her tits in cement. Last year when she pushed her supertankers in, there was so little cement left it broke after the cement set because it was too thin!

The highlight of the AEE for me was that Debi Diamond, who I had found online earlier last year, was here signing at the Arrow Productions booth right next to PAW. Arrow had a mechanical bull which was a lot of fun. Picture Debi and my assistant Rebecca riding the bull and each other. You had to be there! I had the honor of inducting Debi into the Legends of Erotica Hall of Fame later at Showgirl Video.

I met a girl walking by the booth name Persia who is a real busty stunner. She's a MILF and has been in the biz long enough for me to wonder how I missed her. I couldn't help noticing her award winning smile and the twinkle in her eye - and with tits like hers that's saying something!

While taking Bunny around to directors we ran into Samantha 38G and a half dozen BBWs who were in the hall outside the Sands Convention Center. What an amazing group of women! They could give you reoccurring dreams of being smothered in tit-flesh! We also bumped into Kitty Lee and Payton Leigh at the AVN booth.

Back at the AEE for day 3 we found Elizabeth Starr had a nice group of busty babes at her booth as well. There was Liz, Summer Cummings, Kandi Cox and several more girls there. I would have stayed longer but had to rush Bunny to where Playboy Radio was interviewing for a live on-aire interview. Host Christy Canyon is spectacular behind the microphone and had a steady flow of great guests on throughout the entire convention.

The night of Friday the 11th was the Showgirl Video Legends of Erotica show. This year's inductees to the Legends of Erotica Hall of Fame were Brittany Andrews, Debi Diamond, Ron Jeremy, Midori, Mimi Miyagi and Kitten Natividad. The show took place at Showgirl Video located at 631 S. Las Vegas Blvd., in Las Vegas as it has in years past. Minka was on stage with the other inductees, Sunny Lane stopped by, and also Craig Valentine who accepted ''The Carnal Medal of Honor'' for Summer Haze who could not attend due to family matters.

Kitten Natividad, still with big beautiful boobies, a vintage star from the Russ Meyers era, was as pleasant and down to earth as one would expect. She sunk her mams into the cement wearing an apparently disposable bra. It was a fitting tribute to the era of films she made famous. Mimi Miyagi doesn't look like she's aged a day since I first met her in the late 90s. Brittany Andrews, who always looks perfect, has a laugh that makes my dick hard. There are statues in museums less perfect than Brittany. Midori is so fine that after she put her awesome ass in cement I almost offered to lick it clean. The center of attention, however, was Ron Jeremy who not only cast a replica of his dong in cement but was presented with a giant ''Number One'' plaque signifying his place in the Adult Industry.

The day four highlights were seeing the luscious Sexy Vanessa who graces the pages of Gent Magazine often. Lori Lust was there walking around in one of her famous as-big-as-a-bandaid bikini dresses with a few beauties from her agency. Rebecca signed Debi Diamond's ass with a marker for her MySpace page, Carrie Moon from Canada came by with her copiously cascading cleavage and I was able to slip away for coffee with Hunter. Hunter has shot for Gent and is now thinking of doing hardcore scenes. I filled her in on who would treat her right and who I've heard she should stay away from.

Each year I help my new talent get tickets to the AVN Awards show and this year was no exception. Dan Miller, who was named Editor-in-Chief of AVN Magazine this past December 2006, was kind enough to take the time to talk with me. After recounting the tough time I had getting a ticket for myself last year, Dan not only gave me a ticket for my talent but tickets for myself and my assistant Rebecca as well. They were nice seats just above the floor on the left side. Thank you for that, Dan.

On our way into the show we ran into Nikki Hunter looking fabulous with short black hair, Cleopatra of the Nile and Savannah Jane. We spent some time having a drink with Sara Jay and Raven Black and there were Hundreds more stars all dressed in their finest. I wish I could have stopped and talked to each and every one of them! At the beginning of the show the huge arena was 90% full but it did thin out a bit after the show had been going a while.

The most notable comment, in my opinion, was that of Larry Flynt. He said that because of the economy, a year from now there will only be a few companies left producing movies, and only the ones producing quality material will remain. Other comments I remember were the ones spoken by Jenna Jameson. In her rambling preamble to presenting the award renamed the Jenna Jameson Crossover Star of the Year Award, her words, ''I will never, ever, ever spread my legs again in this industry... Ever!'' was something I wasn't expecting. Wasn't she quoted as saying, ''I don't believe in retirement,'' back in October 2007? I guess after 3 months you tend to forget...
