Sorry to report that we still do not have a trial date set. The judge told my lawyer to stop pressuring her for one and to just wait.

The judge acknowledged that our case is an administrative one... whatever that means.

We feel confident that our case will be dismissed at the trial. Just getting to that point is the problem.

The fact of the matter is that we are still in a state of limbo and need to survive this absurdity. The truth will come out one day on why this all really happened.
