Rick's NYC Launches Strip-Off Contest

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Rick's Cabaret-NYC, the plush new gentlemen's club at 50 W. 33rd Street in Midtown Manhattan, will start an "Amateur Strip Off" competition on Sunday nights in November with $1,000 in prize money to be awarded each evening. The club is owned by publicly traded Rick's Cabaret International, Inc. (NASDAQ: Rick), which operates a chain of gentlemen's clubs nationwide.
The Strip Off competition begins November 6th at 10 pm at the luxurious gentlemen's club, located on West 33rd Street just east of Broadway, between Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building. It will continue on November 13th, 20th, and 27th. Contestants can remove as much or as little of their clothing as they want, down to a thong or g-string.
"It's a chance for the ladies to live out a great fantasy and for the gentlemen to see some wonderful new talent," according to Ed Anakar, general manager of the club. "It will all be in good taste and lots of fun." the winner of the competition each evening will walk away with $600 in cash, with $300 awarded to the runner-up and $100 for the third-place contestant.
