Private Gentlemen's Club Opens in Europe

(BARCELONA, SPAIN) -- Private Media Group Inc. (NASDAQ: PRVT) a worldwide leader in premium-quality adult entertainment products, services and Internet content, announces the opening of the first Private Gentlemen's Club in Bucharest, Romania.
The club is an exclusively decorated, purpose-built, gentlemen's club with 650m2 (7,000 sq. ft.) of entertainment space located in the heart of Bucharest, the capital of Romania and home to 2.4 million people. The club has a total capacity for 350 people and will enchant guests with 75 professional dancers who will perform every night. Moreover, entertainers and well-known Private stars will appear at this new venue, which is unique in the city.
On October 15 the club will be officially inaugurated when over 250 guests ranging from corporate executives to sports and movie stars will enjoy a 3 hour happening, spiced up with special and charming surprises. The event will be hosted by Ms. Crina Matei, a popular Romanian TV talk-show presenter and a former Playmate, and will include performances by the two girl-bands Trident and Laguna, both very famous on a national level. In conjunction with the opening, a major advertising campaign, including outdoor advertising, radio and TV spots, has been running and will continue to do so through the grand opening on October 15.
The opening of the first Private Gentlemen's Club marks a major step in Private's licensing program in the club arena and it is the fruit of a licensing agreement which was recently signed with the international businessman Zyon Ayni, owner and operator of the club.

This is the first club we open and in January 2006 we expect to open a second in Barcelona, Spain, with England, Germany and France to follow."
