13th Annual Gentlemen's Club Owners Expo: "Increasing Profits At Your Club" Also: Annual Expo Awards Show to be hosted by comedian Dom Irrera
(CLEARWATER, FL) -- The adult nightclub industry is consistently one of the most profitable industries in the world-in fact, it generates over a billion dollars annually. The 13th Annual Gentlemen's Club Owners Expo, slated for August 23-25, 2005 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and produced by ED (Exotic Dancer) Publications, is designed to help club owners & operators do just that. With its theme of "Increasing Profits At Your Club," the Expo's 300-booth Tradeshow, informative legal and marketing panel sessions and, for the first time, hour-long "workshops" will help club owners & operators to make their more successful in a challenging marketplace.
But the 13th Annual Gentlemen's Club Owners Expo-the only national convention for the adult nightclub industry-isn't all business. With several nightly parties scheduled, including the Annual Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show, the Expo provides a unique opportunity for club owners & operators, as well as feature entertainers and other industry professionals from across the country, to mix business with pleasure as they mingle with old friends and make new ones. Parties like the "Meet & Greet Dance Mixer," the "Opening Night Blast-Off Party" and the "Club Owners Appreciation Party" will allow Expo 2005 attendees the chance to unwind at the end of a busy day.
But the premier nightly event at the Annual Expo is surely the Adult Nightclub & Exotic Dancer Awards Show. In 2005, the Awards Show will be hosted by popular comedian Dom Irrera (HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central) and will feature several guest appearances, including such adult superstars as Carmen Luvana (Adam & Eve), Ashton Moore (Club Jenna), Dyanna Lauren (former Penthouse Pet and Vivid contract star), Penthouse Pet of the Year 2005 Martina Warren and the "King of Porn," Ron Jeremy. The Awards Show is scheduled for Thursday, August 25, 2005, from 9-11 pm in the Wayne Newton Theater at the Stardust Hotel & Casino. This is the only national awards show for the adult nightclub industry, as clubs, industry businesses and feature entertainers from across the industry will be recognized with Ed Awards as the "best of the best." the Awards Show will also include performances by the six nominees for the Ed's prestigious "Entertainer of the Year" Award. (Note: The Awards Show is the only Expo event open to the general public).

Directly following the 13th Annual Gentlemen's Club Owners Expo is the 9th Annual Exotic Dancer Fan Fair (August 26-27). Each year, the Fan Fair offers the devotees of exotic entertainment the unique opportunity to see many of the adult industry's top stars, all in one place. This year, the Fan Fair will kick off on Friday, August 26 with the "Club Owners Challenge-the Search for America's#1 Dancer" contest. This contest, formerly known as the Fan Fair Bikini Contest, is open to club dancers and features who will strut their stuff on the main stage at Mandalay Bay. Fan Fair attendees will watch these gorgeous entertainers compete for $50,000 in cash and prizes! The contest will be hosted by the gorgeous Exotica, and is produced and sponsored by the Pure Gold club chain.
The Fan Fair will also include two hot dancer showcases: The "Crème de LA Crème Showcase" at Déjà Vu on Friday night and the "Adult Film Stars Showcase" at Sapphire on Saturday night. The "Crème de LA Crème Showcase" will be hosted by Jade Simone St. Clair and will include performances by some of the industry's hottest entertainers and freshest faces, while the "Adult Film Stars Showcase" will be hosted by top adult film starlets Cherokee and Ashton Moore, and will include performances by other top names in the world of adult film.
The Fan Fair also includes the Fan Fair Tradeshow (scheduled for Saturday, August 27 at Sapphire), an event that provides fans of adult entertainment the unique opportunity to meet their favorite exotic entertainers one-on-one, up-close and personal. Entertainers sign autographs, take Polaroids with fans and offer unique, hard-to-find merchandise from their own private collections.
