Summer Haze Casting Call Report

(VAN NUYS, CA) -- Last week, April 5th to be exact, talent of different shapes, sizes and ethnic backgrounds all hoping to get some adult work with a few new agencies as well as established ones such as Wicked Pictures, Wildlife Productions, Hustler, and Max Hardcore (to name just a few) filled the halls to the walls at World Modeling some looking for their next job, some looking for their first job, all of them expressing the universal goal of all performers - to leave with work!
According to Jim South, the ever-gracious host and owner of the World Modeling Agency held one of its larger casting calls in the greater Los Angeles area in quite some time (at least in the 29 years that WMA has been in business).
One of the new production companies present was a joint venture between Kevin Smith, triple-x performer/producer Craig Valentine and controversial adult film star Summer Haze. Billed as "Mystery Productions" this new venture was casting for 5 new series including "Daredevil Couples", Swingers House Party", the ever popular "Couples Fantasies" series (produced by Kevin Smith's On the Flop productions), and a great new adult-oriented highly sexual game show (details of which will soon be made very public)!
Of the 150 men, women, and couples who participated in this massive casting call more than 70 were selected for filming! Some were newcumers like Italian heartthrob "Ivan" who was making all the female talent edgy... And who wound up being cast for a main role in a game show episode (but more about that in future articles).
Additionally, some of the better known talent in attendance included the very funny (and feisty) (all over) redhead Annie Body; the United Kingdom's own twin exports Holly and Sophie; the sexy and crazy Lucia; and such male talent as Rusty Nails and Rod Fontana. Even porn legend Ron Jeremy stopped by to offer us some friendly support.
Casting week also included a trip to Playboy Radio to visit my gal pals Julie and Tiffany G. While it's always a pleasure to work with Julie, my pleasure was doubled when I discovered that naughty Nina Hartley would be subbing for Tiffany (who was making plans for her own wedding). When I brought up the topic of swinging I was delighted to hear Nina say that she was one of the first adult stars to come out and admit being full blown swinger in "The lifestyle" (and as such, you can bet we'll be using her soon)! And then there was our Friday night visit to KSEX Radio (but more about that later)!
Our week in Los Angeles was fun, productive, sexy, and exhausting! We're now back in Florida editing the heck out of everything we shot in order to get it to you and your stores as quickly as possible.
