"We realized with the success of our movie series and website that others would try to capitalize on our hard work. Our Registered Trademark gives us the utmost protection and security to protect our properties. We have been logging every instance of anyone using our then pending Trademark for the last year and are now serving official notice to those still using it to cease and desist. Anyone not complying will be swiftly dealt with by our legal dept.", owner Kevin Ducati said.

Several website operators have already begun getting a "friendly" notice of the recent Trademark award and their infringement. "So far everyone notified has been cooperating and removing any references to our Trademark. We don't expect any trouble," says Ducati.
