Rock & Rye on the Big Screen

(BURBANK, CA) -- On Saturday Aug. 21th our new film "Rock & Rye" was screened for the first time on the big screen. My wife and I attended along with the two stars of the film, Cumisha Amado, aka Sherry Rye, and Shannon Marie Codner, aka Nicky Rock. Also in attendance was Steve Nelson, the MC in the film.
It was one thing to write and put the film together and another to see it following the AvP (Alien vs Predator), a mainstream release film. Before the film began Cumisha, Shannon and Steve addressed the audience and the laughs began as they tried to explain what they were about to see on the screen.
Then the film began and the audience totally enjoyed the ride... they applauded and laughed at all the right moments! I think AvP has some competition - Look out for Rock and Rye!
