Keri Windsor Named CEO of OuterVision Media Inc.

(NEW YORK, NY) -- OuterVision Media Inc. (OVM), a leading provider of web platform/infrastructure services to independent artists and novelty acts, announced today that Keri Windsor has been named the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of its Board of Directors.
As CEO, Ms. Windsor will principally focus on the areas of strategic planning, sales/marketing and business development. She will be assisted in managing the company's operations by Mr. Jon Berry, the company's present acting-CEO. Ms. Windsor came to the company as part of OEM's acquisition of KeriWindsor Inc. "We were delighted to have been able to recruit Keri to lead our team." said Jon Berry, President and (COO) of OuterVision Media. "We believe that Keri's knowledge of the adult business, her experience and extensive contacts will permit the company to execute on its business plan."
Ms. Windsor is an award winning adult actress, as well as having been the founder and CEO of Allure Entertainment, Southern California's premier bachelor party and adult-themed event company. Prior to entering the adult business, Ms. Windsor lead a customer focused operations team for a major U.S. airline. OuterVision Media is a web technology and groupware company focused on providing technology management services to niche markets. The company received seed funding from Amity Partners L.L.C., a New York based new media venture firm and is currently completing a second round of financing led by Stepping Stone Partners.
