(PHOENIX, AZ) -- Stevi Secret's Nude Cabaret (3420 S Central, Phoenix 602-305-8365) proudly presents a "Benefit for PAW" this Friday and Saturday, December 6 & 7,2002. PAW (Protecting Adult Welfare)is a support group for females involved in the adult film industry. As part of that event, a number of celebrities (in the adult field) including Bill Margold, Seymore Butts, Porsche Lynn, Brittany O'Connell, Rubee Tuesday, Randi Storm, Stevi Secret, Tish (from DreamNet.com) Saki and Alexis on Fire will be appearing.
Other pornstars, models, strippers, webgirls, swingers, and adult celebrities will also be in attendance. Stars will be available in the club's attached video store at the PAW table from 11am -1am. There will be a special show in the cabaret each night from 8pm-11pm featuring totally nude dance performances by pornstars & strippers, celebrity introductions and short addresses by local political activists. The grand finale will be a big pornstar/lingerie auction for PAW.
Showtime Cable Television will be there on Saturday (Dec 7) as part of a documentary they are producing. All attending are free to bring their cameras if they wish. The cover charge for paying customers will be a mere $12 with a portion of every paid admission going to PAW.
Commenting on the event, club spokesperson Stevi Secret said "This is an important event for Arizona. There has been tremendous pressure placed on everyone here by the local government. It involves not only sexually oriented businesses. They have passed a lot of laws concerning the private sexual behavior of individuals as well."
"A learned professor once said that that the reason certain people oppose pornography is not because of the films themselves but rather that they fear that others will imitate the actions of the actors and actresses. With this event, we hope to tie together local issues with the national adult industry plus have a whole lot of fun doing it!
