(HOLLYWOOD, FL) -- What a Show! The general consensus seems to be that the Florida InterneXt show was one of the best ever. It was great meeting those of you who attended and we hope you walked away with new business and new friends. I know that we did.
So Much Stuff... Here's a Re-cap. There's been a lot coming out of Epoch recently. Here's a quick rundown of recent information you might have missed.
-- New Financial Reports Now Available Archive 8/13 - We've launched our newest online reports designed to help you look at your data as never before. You must contact us to obtain your new login before you can use the new system. For more details see the announcement of last Tuesday.
-- New Billing Support Website Archive 8/8 - BillingSupport.com got a face-lift and a some new features under the hood. After looking at data, usage, and listening to input from webmasters, the new design now serves you better than ever before. Toll free numbers from 12 foreign countries and support in the following languages: English (default), Spanish, French, Dutch, Japanese, Italian, German, and coming soon Portuguese. Good stuff.
-- New Tangible Goods Upsell Option Archive 8/7 - Epoch is now working with webmasters to sell tangible products using banners on your customer email receipt and/or cancellation confirmations. The first product to be offered is Vinarol. (See Vinarol4u.com ) Somethin's Up!
-- Epoch in the News Epoch was interviewed by Ynot-Masters. We had the privilege of giving Jay Kopita (Laj) a tour of Epoch's corporate offices and Billing Support center a few weeks back. Jay in turn got a few of us together for an interview that was posted at ynotmasters.com/news/ynews/issues/080102/page6.html. Get to know us a little better. Read the article.
-- Affiliate Program Enhancement Archive 7/29 - Our latest enhancement, now in production, allows those using the reseller program Api to send a parameter to us which will in turn notify your new resellers via email from Epoch of their successful sign up, their reseller Id, and log in information. Before, all data was returned to the sponsor who in turn had to generate an email to the Webmaster/affiliate. Now you have the option of handling this yourself or having Epoch generate the email for you.
-- Entice Them to Convert Offer your trial members something extra if they upgrade their membership to a monthly subscription immediately using Epoch's newest transaction feature, Upgrade Plus[SM]. They signed up for one site, give them another one, or several, if they instantly upgrade. Epoch's new "Upgrade Plus![SM]" feature allows your member to choose instant conversion anytime during the trial period. The instant upgrade means they will convert and be charged for the monthly fee at the time of the upgrade. They can choose not to upgrade, but why would they? Unless they're trial jumpers!
-- Cancellation Stats Archive 7/22 - Care to know why your customers leave? You can. If a member uses the online cancellation form at www.BillingSupport.com or cancels by calling our Billing Support Call Center, they are prompted to give a "reason" for their cancellation. We have been collecting this data for some time and its been very helpful at finding problems with Websites and understanding why members cancel. Epoch makes this information available to you via our online data dumps.
