(LAS VEGAS, NV) -- Over the week of January 6th to 12th Las Vegas saw the dramatic influx of talent and professionals of the Adult Entertainment Industry from around the world. Monday 1/7/02
This is the second day of Internext, the Adult Internet/Audiotext tradeshow. Understood as the Industry Networking Event, Internext is for individuals and companies who operate adult websites to form business-to-business alliances. Tonight aside from private parties were the Olympic Gardens LVRocks Party and the KSEX Radio/Amateur Voice party at the Green Door Swing Club. Amateur Web Girl Interviews from Naked Nicole, Julie Love and others to come in the future on AINews, and streaming porn interviews from some of our affiliates. Tuesday 1/8/02
The last day of Internext. Too many people to see and never enough business cards! [Note to self: Bring at least 100 per day.] The Players Ball at the C2K club in the Venetian Hotel tonight. Comments on the Venetian’s hotel security will not be all good.

Wednesday 1/9/02
The first day of the Adult Entertainment Expo. At 10:00am Extreme Associates were to hold an event at the Imperial Palace Hotel. It was late starting so a short interview of the lovely Veronica Caine is all we could get. Sin City hosted a gathering at the Venetian at 6:30 to meet their contract girls. Erocktica, the Rock & Roll / Porn Industry Showcase and Adult Stars Magazine's 4th annual Consumers Choice Awards. KSexRadio.com broadcasting from 6:30-11PM at "Insomnia" (3663 Las Vegas Blvd. - next to the Blue Note Café) This event was covered by several parties. More from this great club soon

Thursday 1/10/02
These next events were more or less going on at approximately the same time:
Adam & Eve had an event at the Riviera Hotel from 7 to 9pm. The Adult Benefit Auction was at Club C2K in the Venetian Hotel, and the Playboy Party in another part of the Venetian. Legends of Erotica ceremony at ShowGirl Video was happening up the strip, and the Xcitement Magazine party was at Play it again Sam’s, 4120 Spring Mountain. Rd. There were also several other newsworthy events happening concurrently making one wish for the reality of cloning.

Friday 1/11/02
4:30pm the Free Speech Coalition had a Meeting in room 401, lower level, Sands Hotel. At 5:30pm Brooke Hunter and Don Hollywood were married! The 2002 AVN Awards was the first event they attended as a married couple. The AVN Awards Show was MC’d by Teri Weigel this year – who by the way, looks fantastic! The after party for the show was at the WB in the Venetian. Read about one of the after parties.
