(NYSE: SBC - news) and a leading provider of data communications solutions. Under the agreement, Interactive Telecom Network, Inc. (ITN), a subsidiary of New Frontier Media and an emerging Broadband Service Provider (BSP), will utilize Pacific Bell's high-performance Internet connectivity services to optimize Broadband content distribution to its customers.
