(LAS VEGAS, NV) -- Newcomer studio Rock Star Entertainment, helmed by directors Joshua and David Lord, has a big year so far with its first two releases, D3viance and Superstars, helping to bring them 7 total AVN nominations.
D3viance earned five nominations, Superstars earned one, and Rock Star earned one as well for Best New Production Company. The 7 nominations are a part of Adam & Eve’s, the exclusive distribution partner of Rock Star, 70 overall nominations.
"AVN has always been good to me. Every one of my movies has earned at least a nomination with them, and the first Deviance won the big award for Best High-End All Sex release." Joshua adds, "These 7 nominations are that much sweeter. I couldn’t be anymore proud of D3viance, as it is my baby, and everyone in the cast and crew worked extremely hard. David and Francois (Clousot) killed it for me on camera, and they killed it again on Superstars with David directing. But the one I think I am most proud of is Best New Production Company. This one truly is a huge honor just be nominated for that as we only got our first two movies out in time for the award show cutoff, and this one really means a lot. D3viance was nominated for Best All-Sex release, Best All-Girl Group Sex Scene, Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene, Best Editing and Best Overall Marketing Campaign - Individual Project. Superstars was also nominated for Best All-Sex release, and Rock Star for Best New Production Company.
Superstars, directed by David Lord, stars Lisa Ann, Teagan Presley, Alexis Texas, Gracie Glam, Jelena Jensen and Andy San Dimas.
