(VENICE, CA) -- Since the moment she started in porn sexy Polish gonzo star Natasha Starr dreamed of the day when she would have her first cover. This week she celebrated reaching that first year milestone with the release of New Sensations "Big Black Mamba" with Shane Diesel.
"It's so exciting to see myself right there on the front of the box," Natasha exclaimed. "It's just another sign that my career is really starting to take off!"
