Porn Actor/Writer Will Jarvis does Sci-Fi - Launches New Mainstream and XXX Projects
Popular porn actor and writer Will Jarvis launches two new book projects, both with the customary Jarvis twist. The first is a science fiction book written by Jarvis and other authors. The twist involves funding it through Kickstarter.
"I wanted to go in a different direction than traditional publishing," Jarvis says. "A friend of mine recently used Kickstarter to fund her book of behind-the-scenes photos from adult movie sets, so Kickstarter seems like a good way to go for my project."
The book, titled "Erin Starfox," is a collection of original short stories that blends words and pictures together to create a visual feast. "The universe inhabited by Erin and the other characters is very sensuous and sensual, and I'm sure fans of erotic entertainment will find the stories to their liking."

More directly related to porn is Jarvis' other new book "How to Write Porn for Fun and Profit" in which Jarvis shows what elements make a pornographic story work, and reveals the secrets he's used over the years to tell erotic stories in scripts and prose.
Both books are due out in 2013.

Will Jarvis has numerous porn and mainstream credits. His acting credits include appearances in over 200 XXX movies and live webcam shows. He has also written dozens of scripts. "Just because I've been working more in the mainstream recently doesn't mean I've quit performing," the actor says. "Porn's been good to me, so as long as I can perform in front of the cameras I intend to keep performing in front of the cameras."

He also helps with intellectual property matters and has helped scores of companies and individuals file copyright applications for their titles. Recently Jarvis became affiliated with Piracy Stops Here, LLC, adding his strengths to theirs to continue the fight to protect intellectual property rights.
Will Jarvis practices what he preaches, living in a committed, polyamorous relationship with several others who believe in an open and free romantic and sexual lifestyle. "I love what I do," Jarvis says, "whether that's writing exotic science fiction or erotic screenplays or acting in erotically explicit movies. If what I do brings a little happiness to others, then I've reason to be happy too."
