IIM's Anniversary Party
Friday evening, June 29, I went to the Empire Night Club, located at 1716 N. Cahuenga Blvd., in Hollywood, to catch a little bit of Ideal Image Management's first anniversary party. (The party was actually a combination of two celebrations, the celebration of the completion of the agency's first year in business, and the celebration of the birthday of one of the agency's newest clients, Bliss Dulce.)
Since the club didn't open until around 10:15PM, for whatever reason, and because I had to walk around the corner a couple of blocks to cover my other event of the evening, I never went inside. Rather I stood near the door and kept an eye out for people I knew or at least recognized.
While I did see lots of beautiful young woman, I do believe many of them were mainstream ladies; although, I'm reasonably certain that a good number of them were industry. I think there were some that I should have recognized but couldn't figure out just who they might have been.
I did recognize Rebecca Bardoux and introduced myself to her. I also saw Isiah James IV and Tee Reel and said hello to both of them. I additionally was able to see Ana Foxxx and Tessa Lane, say hello, and get a great hug from both of them. I also had the good fortune of finally getting to meet Alexia Rae.
Glory Stories
At 10:30PM, I said goodnight to a few people, then walked around the corner a couple of blocks to the iO West Improv Theater to attend the performance of, "Glory Stories," and have a great time full of good people and lots of great laughs.
The, "Lusty Horde," opened the performance on this night. The cast included: Tim Jennings, Kevin McShane, Dave Park, Zabeth Russell, and Andy Trask.
The, "Lusty Horde," did something a bit different during this performance. They had a musician doing a great job of making quite appropriate background sounds for the entire performance. (Why I didn't think to ask the musician what his name was, I haven't a clue. Shame on me!)
Next came, "Glory Stories," with guest host Chris Gore and guest storyteller adult film star Sasha Knox. (Chris and Sasha worked exceptionally well together!) The cast of, "Glory Stories," also included: Brandon Barrick, Zach Huddleston, Patrick Ian Moore, Dave Park, Neil Ruddy, Zabeth Russell, and Andy Trask.
I realize that it may seem that I am saying this for at least the third time in a row, but it is true. Both the, "Lusty Horde," and, "Glory Stories," outdid themselves with their performances on this night. It was the best, and funniest, show yet! I swear, I hardly had a moment to stop laughing and catch a breath from the start to the finish of the combined performances! (Practice really does make perfect, I suppose.)
As an extra-added bonus during the show, I was fortunate to have my beautiful buddy, Elizabeth Ebeling sitting next to me! (What a sweetheart she is!)
The next performance of, "Glory Stories," will take place on Friday, July 27, and the scheduled guest storyteller will be adult film star Justine Joli.
Since there were no feature dancers performing anywhere that I could have gotten to during this particular week, that will be a wrap for now. Let us all return the next time and continue the ongoing discussion of gorgeous, sexy, women and fun times.
