(CANOGA PARK, CA) -- The adult industry's biggest event is now online! In an innovative move to expand its audience reach, the 2012 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo is launching the AVN-AEE Virtual Ticket, giving Internet users interactive, real-time access to the convention and associated live events. The hosts for this exciting "VirtualCast" are Wicked Pictures contract superstar jessica drake and Jim McBride, founder of the noted celebrity news portal Mr. Skin.
The AEE VirtualCast will be conducted live from Las Vegas, Nevada's popular Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, the new host of both the convention and the 2012 AVN Awards Show. Virtual Tickets are $19.99 each and can be purchased by visiting www.adultentertainmentexpo.com.
In a prepared statement, AEE officials revealed "The 2012 Virtual AEE is being produced by Virtual FanFests, a Chicago-based company that produces fan conventions online within a pay-per-view environment. Live coverage will run from 1 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 20 until 1 a.m. on Sunday morning, Jan. 21, following Winner’s Circle coverage from the AVN Awards Show and the official awards show after-party."
Ms. drake and Mr. McBride will be joined by noted Midwest radio personality Rover during the VirtualCast, providing viewers with unfettered access to virtually every aspect of the convention. From the expo floor to the AVN red carpet they'll provide insightful commentary as AEE streams live from seven HD cameras capturing the excitement across the hotel, expo area and awards hall.
For her part, jessica can't wait to host the VirtualCast. "I am thrilled that people worldwide can attend the 2012 AEE show via our VirtualCast.
