(LOS ANGELES, CA) -- While many consider the porn industry to be full of silicon breasts, sleazy producers, used and abused women, drug addicts, foot long schlongs, bimbos, dirty money and AIDS - the reality is a far more encompassing array of folks who are just making a living like the rest of us.
Redhead Productions, the film company headed by auteur Ivy Brooks, is pleased to announce that it is nearing completion of PORN TO ROCK, a documentary on the $4 Billion a year adult film business that focuses on a dozen top stars of the industry. This film isn't Boogie Nights, it's a film that reaches beyond the clichés in a sexy yet honest glimpse into the adult film industry and it's players.
Almost exclusively located in California's San Fernando Valley, porn is a business where any schlub with a video camera can compete on an even playing field with a high budget production. It's a business becoming overcrowded with 150 new releases a week, literally killing itself with a bang.
